One project that we were especially proud to be a part of is Premier Lofts
at 2200 Market St. in LoDo. During the construction phase we were able
to be a part of designing and cabling the business center. In addition
to installing new workstations and networked printers at the front desk and
management offices and, remotely connecting this office to Corum’s
network at their HQ office in the tech center, we installed 5 new workstations
and a multi-function networked printer in the business center.
Many upscale residential buildings are looking to add business centers for their residents just as they would add fitness centers, theaters and party rooms for entertaining. Business centers not only allow residents to use the computers, printers and fax machines, it also allows them to network and build business relationships with other residents in the building.
The business center has been a great value-add feature for the residents of Premier Lofts and has contributed to the 92% occupancy rate of the building since their opening in the summer of 2004.

services since 2001. Our most recent and challenging project with
Colliers B & K
was to install 35 new workstations, 2 new servers and move their
entire network to their new location in the Denver Tech Center.
Our primary goal was to get as much work done ahead of the move to
reduce workday interruption. We coordinated and helped to oversee
all technology aspects of their move, including cabling the new office,
installation of the audio/video network for presentations on plasma
screens, and working with their Internet and phone service providers,
Cbeyond and KCG.
Downtime during the move? A total of 6 hours over a Friday evening and Saturday.
They hardly skipped a beat. We continue to provide ongoing, proactive maintenance
and support to Colliers B & K's utmost satisfaction.
